Do You Like Solar System?

What is the never ending solar system? The solar system is where there are many stars, planets, and even the sun. How big is our solar system? It goes on and on and never stops. How many planets are in the gigantic solar system? There are at least 8 possible. Some scientists think there are 2 more, which means there may be 10.

Do you know the way north at night? At the end of the big dipper is the bright North star. You should be able to find it and not get lost at night. How long does Milky Way go in the solar system? The Milky Way goes hundreds of miles. Do you now how many stars are in the solar system? There are at least 400,000,000,000.

Do you know what color the solar system is? Its normal color is black but sometimes the moon makes it a little bit lighter or brighter outside.

Does it take each planet 365 days to orbit the sun like the earth? It takes Mercury 88 days, Venus 25 days, Earth 365 days, Mars 685 days, Jupiter 12 years, Saturn 29 years and Uranus 42 years to orbit the sun. Did you like your day in the solar system?

Galaxies Galore

Wouldn’t you love to know more about our ginormous, amazing galaxies? There are some incredible most galoryous games and answers about galaxies. Galaxies are tiny, sparkly specks around our big solar system.
Would you like to know what a galaxy actually is? Well, we can tell you. A galaxy is, by definition, of any large collection of stars that can be recognized.
There are all kinds of super styling galaxies out there.
Do you know what kind of galaxy we are in? We’re in the candy bar called The Milky Way, but not in a candy bar, a galaxy.
Would you like to know how many galaxies there are? Well read on and see. We can not tell you how many there is. But remember that there are a lot of cool sparkly galaxies out there.
Are you wondering how they named them? They were named like your mom and daddy named you. The reason they named you is to identify you just like galaxies. You did not know that the galaxies were named like you.
Do want to know when those cool looking galaxies end? Well, listen and you will find out. It ends when the sun’s gravity ends and something else begins.
The galaxies’ shapes are amazing! We live in a spiral galaxy. But there are more kinds of super shapes, like elliptical, barred, and irregular.
That concludes the end of this adventure. Reporting to you live, the space ALIENS

Comets, Meteorites, and Meteoroids

What are these things you might ask .Well I’ll tell you. Comets are small solar system bodies that orbit the sun. Meteoroids are small sand to boulder sized particles of debris in the solar system. A meteorite is a natural solid object that was transported by natural means.

Now since I’ve told you what comets, meteoroids, and meteorites are, I’ll tell you how they’re formed. Many meteoroids are formed by impacts between asteroids or left in trails behind comets. As for comets scientists assumed they were floating collections of sand and pebbles that formed and moved randomly through the solar system. Meteorites are just stony or metallic bodies that fall to Earth from space.

There is also a theory that comets are shooting stars, but meteorites are the real shooting stares. So I guess you know lots of things about comets, meteoroids, and meteorites. If you’re thinking space is boring check out these awesome facts.

It has been proven that meteorites do in fact hit the Earth. You know it’s also been estimated that 22, 00 tons of micro meteoritic material fall to Earth each year. On any clear night of the year any observer can expect to see 10-12 sporadic meteors per hour. Cool! Join us later for more information.

Star Science

Did you know that stars are really huge shining balls?
Wow, there is a tie between two different stars for being second closest too us. They are Alpha Centauri and sister star.
There are more than 400 billion stars in our galaxy! The hottest star is the hypergiant. It is really hot! The stars’ constellations are mainly made of monsters, heroes, and gods.
Stars are formed by hebula, and stuff being pulled in. Did you know the farthest star is 25 billion light years away? Wow, I always thought that red was hotter than blue. This is not the case. The blue stars are the hottest. The red stars are not as hot as blue stars.
The brightest star in the night is the North Star. Did you know that a newborn star is 27,000,000 degrees? That is really hot for a new star.

Satellites

There are very many different types of satellites. There are weather satellites, and there is radio and TV satellite. As you go through there are many interesting facts. Here are some interesting facts for you.
The biggest satellite is the Neptune satellites. Its name is Protease. Its dimension is 436 by 416 by 402.This satellite has pictures of the new plants.
The satellites work by using a mobile mirror. It reflects the image down to the people on earth. They have weather satellites that tell what the weather is going to be. One of the very first satellites was Gaesack, and it weights as much as a car.
Did you know people can stay in satellites? Some are big enough and has enough technology for the people to stay in them. Some people can stay in satellites for 1 week and 1day. Did you know one of the closest satellites to earth is the moon?
You probably want to know how satellites stay in space. It works the same way as our moon stays up in space. They rotate around the earth with a certain speed, and there's nothing to slow them down, so they stay up there. (The international space station however, is closer to earth and loses speed due to friction with the atmosphere. It has engines to keep it flying.) You will not believe how many satellites there are in the solar system, there is over ten-million.

The World Of Black Holes

What is a black hole? Well, a black hole is an object with such powerful gravity that nothing can escape from it, including light. The black hole’s mass is concentrated in a point of infinite density called a singularity. At the singularity itself, gravity is almost infinity strong, so it crushes normal space time out of existence. As the distance from the singularity increases, its gravitational influence lessens. At certain distance which depends on the singularity’s mass, the speed needed to escape from the black hole equals the speed of light. This distance marks the black hole’s horizon, which is like its surface. Anything that passes through the horizon is trapped inside the black hole. Black holes come in several varieties, depending on mass.
How many black holes are there? To use technical terms, astronomers have discovered several dozen super massive black holes in cores of fairly nearby galaxies, plus many more in the distant objects known as quasars. They have discovered perhaps a dozen or two likely stellar mass black holes in the Milky Way and other galaxies. Yet these don’t even qualify as the tip of the iceberg-more like a tiny ice chip. Supper massive black holes may inhabit the cores of all galaxies with central bulge of stars; and thousands of staler mass black holes inhabit the Milky Way, with thousands more in each of the billions of other galaxies. One of the goals of black –holes researchers is to find as many as possible so they can estimate how common these objects are.
How are black holes formed? A black hole forms when any object, reaches a certain critical density, and its gravity causes it to collapse to an almost infinitely small pinpoint. Stellar- mass black holes from when a massive star can no longer produce energy in its core. With the radiation from its nuclear reactions to keep the star puffed up. Gravity causes the core to collapse. The star’s outer layers may blast away into space, or they may fall into the black hole to make it heavier. Astronomers aren’t certain how super massive black holes from. They may of gas or from the mergers of many smaller black holes or a combination of events.
Black holes are named after galaxies and no one knows how long they last.

Planets

Did you know that planets move very fast? Mercury moves the fastest and is the smallest planet. Venus is the second fastest. Third fastest is Earth. Mars is the fourth planet. The fifth is Jupiter. Saturn is the sixth planet that moves the fastest. Seventh is Uranus. Eighth is Neptune. That is the order from fastest to slowest.
Earth and the other three inner planets (Mercury, Venus and Mars) are made of rock containing common minerals like field spars metals magnesium and aluminum. So is Pluto. The other is not solid. Jupiter for instance is made of mostly trapped helium, hydrogen and water. In our solar system the four gas giants are Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Uranus.
There are only eight planets in our solar system. Some planets have rings because gases have formed around them. The names of all the planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. If you are wondering, yes all planets move. They all rotate on an axis. No one has landed on any other planet.
Did you know that all planets have seasons!!! They change from time to time. They do not rotate at the same speed. They rotate on an axis. Although no one has landed on any other planet people have walked on the moon.
